Go to Settings, click Connect Google Account, sign in with OAuth. Your entire Google Drive and Shared Drives library is accessible. Admin-only, secure.

Link Folders to Clients

Open any client, browse your existing folder structure, select their folder. A one-click button opens it directly in Google Drive. Link at filing level too.

Browse & Reference Files

Browse Google Drive files from any client record. Link individual files with categories and fiscal years. Metadata stays synced. Click to open in the cloud.

QuickBooks Auto-Detection

When you link a client folder, MyCPACRM scans for QuickBooks files — .qbw, .qbb, .qbm, .qbx, .qbo. They show up in a dedicated card on the client record automatically.

Google Drive files appear alongside uploaded documents everywhere — Document Manager, filing details, collaboration threads. A cloud icon distinguishes linked from uploaded. Filter by source.
