MyCPACRM is a customer relationship management software designed for CPA firms and accounting practices. The Service includes client management, tax filing tracking, automated reminders, document collection, and related features.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your client data, documents, or other content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCPACRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
